Applications:
Our 4 axi machine is an all-round woodworking machinery,he can be very professional processing of curved cabinet doors, And can complete a variety of plane cutting processing MDF solid wood panels and various 2D work such as acrylic.
Our machine designed with 12 pcs linear type tool magazine ,he can change more than 8 tools automatically in the engraving process.
The A-axis uses Yaskawa servo motor and Japan's harmonic reducer, and there is no gap in the rotary machining.
The spindle can swing to 180 degree which make the machine can process 3D and 4D objects.
Hiwin25mm square linear rail for transmission ,high precision ,faster speed,lower noise.
Yaskawa servor motor and shimpo-japan reducer work perfectly together to greatly improve the stability and speed of the equipment.
